How to cancel registration during Free Trial?
If you do not select a Subscription Package during your free trial, then your account will be frozen at the end of your 14 days Free Trial.
You will not be charged anything when your Free Trial ends.
If you select any Subscription Plan before the end of the Free Trial, your Plan will automatically change according to the Plan you subscribe to.
If I want to subscribe for Standard & after 2 to 3 months I want to change the subscription type to Premium. Do I have to pay the full amount for a new subscription?
For the process of upgrading a plan from a Standard plan to another plan, you can go to the Plan Store.
On that page, you can select the plan you want to upgrade.
You will be charged the prorated price on a daily basis where our system will auto calculate the prorated charge that will be charged to you.
Is Commerce subscription monthly or yearly?
All Commerce Subscription Packages are on monthly and annual basis only.

If I subscribe to the Commerce Package, can I get a one-time package with a domain name?
Commerce only provides free sub-domains such as https://kedaianda.myshoppegram.com.
For the domain, you need to buy through any domain provider such as Namecheap, Godaddy, Shinjiru, and others.
Can I use an existing domain to start creating a website in Commerce or do I have to register a new one?
If you want to use your existing domain, there is no problem. Later, you just point to Commerce.
Can I know the price of this custom domain name?
The price for the domain name depends on the name you choose.
For more information on the domain name, you can contact the domain provider yourself.
Can I know if I have already subscribed to the Commerce plan can I cancel?
You can only cancel your plan subscription for the following subscription only. Make sure you click Change plan in the store plan section and you will be taken to the billing portal section.
In the billing section of the portal, you can click Cancel plan to terminate your store subscription before you are charged for the next month's subscription.
If I want to terminate my subscription, can I get a refund?
You cannot get a refund for your Commerce plan subscription.
