Cancelling Plan

To cancel your existing subscription, you can refer to the setup steps below.

1. On the billing page, you can simply click on the Cancel plan button

2. Next, you will be taken to the plan cancellation page. On this page, you can click directly on the Cancel plan button

Now your plan cancellation has succeeded. You will not be charged for the next subscription. You can still use our system as long as your plan has not expired.

If so, you change your mind and want to continue subscribing to the plan. You can click on the Renew plan button on the billing page. (This button will only be visible when you cancel your subscription)
